Returns & Refunds Policy

At Mount of Olives Treasury, we value your satisfaction and want you to feel confident in your purchase. If you are not fully satisfied with your order, please review our return and refund policy below.
1. Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:
• The item must be in original condition
• It must be unused and undamaged
• It must be in its original packaging
• You must provide proof of purchase (order number or receipt)
Note: Items that are custom-made, personalized, or marked as final sale are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or defective.
2. Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact us at info@mountofolivestreasury.com with your order number and reason for return. Once approved, we will provide you with return instructions.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was incorrect, damaged, or defective upon arrival.
3. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–7 business days. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
4. Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please email us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the item and packaging. We will either send a replacement or issue a full refund, depending on your preference and item availability.
5. Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like to exchange an item, please return it and place a new order.
6. Cancellations
Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of placement. After that time, we begin processing and cannot guarantee cancellation.
